NJ Transcription is physically located in the picturesque Camden County (Southern) NJ area.  Due to Internet connectivity, we are able to offer cutting-edge technology to clients in virtually any location.  Again, thanks to the Internet, our clients continue to easily send us their voice files utilizing secure upload of their dictations to their own individual, private, secure website vaults as they have for many years.

As you may know with NJ Transcription, each client is assigned their own password-protected, private, secure (SSL) vault at no extra charge for upload of their voice files, a vault which is, of course, user name and password-protected.  SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is the protocol for transmitting private information via the Internet.  If a web site is running on an HTTPS server, you will see httpS instead of http in the address bar of your browser.  This verifies that you are in “secure mode”, hence the “S” for any World Wide Web transmissions.  The httpS in our address bar is your assurance that your voice files and returned documents remain secure, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant as always.  You can always rest assured we only use this method for confidentiality of all transmissions.  It is our standard protocol to set up a private vault for each client at no extra charge.

We take great pride in the fact that we transcribe clean, accurate documents for all Health Care Providers and Medicolegal practitioners in multiple specialty areas, all performed within our exceptional turn-around-time.  We do so for a very reasonable page rate rather than an expensive, complicated, and easily misunderstood by the client line rate, although if one specifically prefers other computation methods, we are happy to accommodate and are very competitively priced.

We currently successfully provide Transcription Services to multiple clients in various medical and legal specialty areas located predominantly throughout the New Jersey Tri-State Area.  Due to technological advances, we also do so throughout the continental United States.  We never outsource your documents or dictations; all work is performed here in our United States.  Our Transcriptionists are fully qualified and are extensively trained to your account specifics.  Your reports are overseen by Quality Assurance for complete accuracy of your documents.  We comply with all State and Federal requirements, and maintain strict confidentiality of all information contained therein.

We always have time to answer any inquiries regarding quality, quantity, turn-around-time, delivery of reports or transcripts, billing, digital versus cassette or telephone dictation, and/or explain the ease of HIPAA-compliant voice file uploads to our secure website.  Although we stress and strongly encourage the use of digital dictation, we do continue to accept both micro and standard cassettes either in person (locally) or via courier when necessary.
